This article explores the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within governmental frameworks, emphasizing their transformative impact on public administration and service delivery. The study critically examines mechanisms that enable prompt and efficient provision of services to citizens, analyzing international best practices, innovative approaches, and technological advancements in electronic governance. Special attention is given to the interplay between digital infrastructure, administrative efficiency, and citizen engagement, highlighting how e-Government systems enhance transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. Moreover, the paper addresses the challenges associated with implementing e-Government initiatives, such as digital divide issues, cybersecurity risks, and organizational resistance, providing recommendations for sustainable and inclusive solutions.
