Focusing on the Philippines, a country known for its diverse political landscape, the research explores the roles of women in politics, their campaign strategies, and the impact of programmatic campaigning on electoral outcomes. By examining the experiences of women candidates, their efforts to navigate complex political terrain, and the role of issue-based campaigns, this research offers valuable insights into the empowerment of women in democratic processes.
