This article examines the formation and development of cultural relations between Uzbekistan and Egypt within the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). It analyzes the main areas of bilateral cooperation, including education, science, tourism, theater, music, and cultural heritage. The study also highlights the stable institutional foundation of Uzbekistan–Egypt cultural relations through an assessment of academic exchanges, joint scientific events, and cooperation among higher education institutions, religious centers, and creative organizations in both countries. Furthermore, the article explores the role of cultural diplomacy in strengthening the historical and civilizational ties between the two nations, emphasizing its contribution to the development of sustainable bilateral cultural cooperation.
