This article analyzes the political-institutional, legal, organizational, and socio-economic dimensions of the concept of public administration effectiveness. It highlights the significance of such criteria as political and institutional stability, legality, quality of governance, rational use of resources, openness, accountability, public participation, and citizens’ trust in evaluating the effectiveness of public administration.
