Speech-Specific Features Of Forms Of Address

Abstract

In this research, attention is focused on gender-related differences in forms of address, on the classification of address forms associated with men’s and women’s speech, and on the use of blessings and curses as address forms together with their distinctive properties. The study further investigates the cognitive knowledge that constitutes the basis of these address forms.
