THE NECESSITY OF DEVELOPING CITIZENS' MORAL QUALITIES AND INCREASING THEIR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

This article discusses the issues of developing citizens' moral qualities and increasing their social responsibility in society. The process of citizens' moral development, the formation of the state and society based on moral values, and the importance of education, upbringing, and normative-moral analysis for increasing social responsibility are analyzed. Furthermore, it examines the necessary measures for the social, legal, and moral development of citizens, as well as the role of democracy and the legal system in society.
