Pedagogical Conditions for The Development of Leadership Abilities in Primary Education Students Based on Collaborative Learning Technologies

Collaborative learning leadership skills primary education

This article examines the pedagogical conditions for developing the leadership skills of prospective primary education teachers through collaborative learning technologies. The content of the subject Primary Education Pedagogy is explored in relation to problem-solving during classroom activities, the analysis of pedagogical situations, role allocation, mutual responsibility, and reflective assessment through collaborative learning. Drawing on the scholarly perspectives of R. Slavin, D. Johnson, R. Johnson, S. Komives, and local researchers in pedagogy, we developed a methodology entitled the “Hamkorlik-Lider” (“Collaboration-Leader”) methodology for this study. The methodology is designed to progressively develop students’ initiative, communicative engagement, ability to motivate and lead a team, pedagogical decision-making skills, and capacity for reflective self-assessment during classroom activities in higher education institutions. The article substantiates the structural stages, didactic mechanisms, assessment criteria, and practical applicability of this methodology within the framework of the subject Primary Education Pedagogy.
