The rapid development of artificial intelligence has significantly changed the professional practice of public relations by transforming the ways in which organizations create, adapt, distribute and evaluate communication content. AI-assisted content creation is no longer limited to the automation of technical writing tasks; it now influences media relations, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, crisis communication, internal communication and digital storytelling. This article examines the impact of AI-assisted content creation on PR effectiveness from a conceptual and analytical perspective. The findings show that AI-assisted content creation can increase PR effectiveness by accelerating content production, improving message personalization, supporting data-based decision-making, enhancing multilingual communication and strengthening real-time campaign adaptation. At the same time, the use of AI creates risks related to authenticity, trust, misinformation, ethical transparency, algorithmic bias and over-standardization of organizational voice. The article argues that AI improves PR effectiveness only when it is integrated into a human-centered communication strategy, supported by editorial control, ethical disclosure and outcome-based evaluation. A conceptual model and analytical table are proposed to explain the relationship between AI-assisted content creation and PR performance indicators.
