This article examines the concept of stress from the perspective of psychology, its causes, and its negative impact on the human psyche. It also analyzes effective psychological methods of preventing and eliminating stress. The article substantiates the importance of the cognitive-behavioral approach, relaxation methods, emotional self-regulation, social support, and a healthy lifestyle in reducing stress. The research results include practical recommendations aimed at increasing stress resistance and ensuring psychological stability.
