PRAGMATIC FACTORS OF INDEXICALITY IN AGRICULTURAL TEXTS IN UZBEK AND ENGLISH
Abstract
In this article the theory of indexicality and its pragmatic factors will be analyzed. For the research materials were taken from agricultural texts form English and Uzbek languages. First the theory has been explained and its usage and pragmatic factors in linguists, then the materials have been analyzed and discussed. The examples taken from textbooks and conference articles dedicated to agriculture. Then they have been compared and then given the results. The similarities and differences in implication of indexicals in Uzbek and English were provide with the author’s conclusion at the end of the article.
