Clinical Indicators Of Cows In The Experimental Group

Body temperature respiration heart rate physiological norm

Breathing and heart rates of the cows in the experimental group were within the physiological norm in all seasons of the year. In the summer, body temperature was 0.5-0.6 0C higher than in the fall, 0.9-1.0 0C higher than in the winter, and 0.2-0.3 0C higher than in the spring; breathing rate (times/minute) was 2.8-3.6 times/minute higher than in the fall, 3.8-4.4 times/minute higher than in the winter, and 2.6 times/minute higher than in the spring; heart rate (times/minute) was 5.0-6.0 times/minute higher than in the fall, 5.0-8.0 times/minute higher than in the winter, and 5.0-7.0 times/minute higher than in the spring.
