Comparative estimation of the results of primary labioplasty has been held on enow lesser clinical material; statements to usage of each method inclusive of anatomic and aesthetic results have been defined. Clinical- anatomic changes have been established after various methods of primary labioplasty which allowed proving the choice of operation method inclusive of the degree and form of rhegma.

Wegener's granulomatosis (granulomatosis with polyangiitis) is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by vasculitis of small and medium-sized vessels and the formation of granulomas. Most often, Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) affects the upper respiratory tract, lungs, kidneys, and eyes. Without treatment, the disease progresses rapidly and leads to death. GV was first described at the end of the 19th century. The characteristic clinical picture of hepatitis B was described by the German pathologist Friedrich Wegener. After the reports of F. Wegener in 1936 and 1939. In cases of necrotizing vasculitis with granulomatous inflammation as a special nosological form of vasculitis, this disease became known as Wegener's granulomatosis. In 2006, F. Wegener’s connection with Nazism was discovered, and it was proposed to abandon the term “Wegener’s granulomatosis” in favor of the term “granulomatosis with polyangiitis,” which, in general, more reflects the modern view of the essence of this disease. The term "Wegener's granulomatosis", however, is today used along with the term "granulomatosis with polyangiitis".

The findings contribute to the understanding of neurodevelopmental factors influencing cognitive performance in children and have implications for educational and clinical practice.

The article presents the results of treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation and its complications in 35 children aged 12 to 18 years. Cases of videolaparoscopic removal of gastric and duodenal ulcers performed in these patientsIn 27 (77.2%) cases, it was successfully completed, and in 3 (8.6%) cases, conversion occurred. Traditional "open" surgical interventions were performed in 5 (14.2%) patients. The information content of ultrasound and X-ray methods of preoperative diagnosis was evaluated. In particular, the specific course of the disease and the results of diagnosis and treatment of the clinical manifestations of the studied disease were analyzed. A comparative analysis of videolaparoscopic and "open" surgical interventions for perforated ulcers of the stomach and duodenum was conducted.

The important role of the pharynx in protective mechanisms is largely due to the work of the pharyngeal lymphoepithelial structures, which form the so- called eous Waldeyer –Pirogov ring. As part of the latter, paired palatine and tubal tonsils, unpaired pharyngeal tonsils (PG) and lingual tonsils are differentiated line and granules of lymphoid tissue of the posterior pharyngeal wall.
