This article discusses the significance of the TLR6 gene in the complications of myeloma, a malignant tumor disease that develops from bone marrow plasma cells. Studies have shown that increased TLR6 gene expression in myeloma patients is associated with more severe complications and a worse disease prognosis. This may be due to increased inflammation in the body and increased activation of the immune system. Understanding the role of the TLR6 gene may help develop new approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of myeloma.

According to the data of the World Health Organization (WHO), the frequency of injuries of the maxillofacial region is constantly increasing - their share in the total number of injuries is on average 6-8% per year. The purpose of the study is diagnosis of damage to nerve fibers in patients with facial bone injuries and improvement of treatment efficiency. In order to assess the frequency of nerve damage in maxillofacial injuries, in 2017-2020, archival materials and anamnesis of patients treated in the Department of Facial Injuries and Complications of Neuroinjuries of the Samarkand Branch of the Republican Specialized Traumatology and Orthopedic Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RITOIATM) were studied. 197 of them (86%) were men and 32 (14%) were women.

One of the features of recent years is an intensive growth of traumatism among all categories of the population. Their causes are: technogenic catastrophes, natural disasters, road accidents, as well as military conflicts. In large cities, the large number of road accidents and industrial injuries is a major social and economic problem. The aim of our work was to develop a comprehensive, pathogenetic substantiated intensive care in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who are in critical condition. The development of complex pathogenetic substantiated intensive care in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who are in critical condition is one of the urgent problems of intensive care. It should be noted that the proposed intensive care with solutions containing succinate and potassium in the complex intensive care of diabetic ketoacidosis is one of the promising directions for optimizing the treatment of patients. The intensive care option we proposed contributed over 3 days in 95% of patients to the elimination of diabetic hyperglycemic ketoacidosis.

Staphylococcus aureus is a notorious human pathogen responsible for a range of infections, from mild skin conditions to life-threatening diseases. This study employs Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers to perform molecular profiling of clinical Staphylococcus aureus isolates. Clinical samples obtained from [location] were subjected to RAPD analysis, revealing genetic diversity and relationships among the isolates. The results provide insights into the genetic variations within the Staphylococcus aureus population, shedding light on the epidemiology and potential transmission routes of this pathogen. This molecular characterization contributes to a better understanding of Staphylococcus aureus diversity and could aid in developing targeted strategies for infection control and treatment.
