SONOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF UTERINE DIMENSIONS IN SUDANESE WOMEN POST-MENOPAUSE

Abstract

The sonographic analysis of uterine dimensions in postmenopausal women provides valuable insights into the structural changes that occur after menopause. This study aims to evaluate uterine size in postmenopausal Sudanese women using sonographic imaging techniques.
