Public Service Citizens' Rights Constitutional Mechanism

This article Analyzes the issues of improving the constitutional and legal mechanisms of ensuring the rights of citizens in the entrance of public services. Public administration is shown to expand opportunities to participate in the civil service of citizens by strengthening the principles of justice, transparency and equality. The use of electronic platforms is also opened on aspects such as the use of corruption measures, to ensure inclusion and the development of human policy policy in accordance with international standards.
