The APC is applicable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Payment Policy

  • Authors are required to complete APC payment only after receiving the official acceptance notification.

  • The APC payment has no influence on the editorial decision or peer-review process.

  • All manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, academic quality, relevance, and contribution to the field.

  • APC is non-refundable once the publication process has been initiated.
