Poetics of names in modern Uzbek prose (on the example of Said Ahmad's work)

This article analyzes the artistic and semantic features of the names of characters in Said Ahmad's stories. The writer skillfully uses names to create characters in his works, to reveal their character and social status. The article studies the writer's style in choosing names, the dependence of names on the national and historical context, as well as their poetic and satirical interpretation. As a result of the research, the literary and aesthetic significance of the poetics of names in Said Ahmad's stories is highlighted.
