The genesis and development of the concept of linguocultural codes. today, the issue of linguocultural codes has become one of the most relevant areas in studying the relationship between language and culture. this research comprehensively examines the history of the origin of the concept of linguocultural codes, its scientific and theoretical foundations, and the stages of its current development. furthermore, the national-cultural characteristics of codes are revealed based on the mutual integration of ethnolinguistics, linguoculturology, and cultural studies.
