This article analyzes the artistic and philosophical meanings of the images of the world and the ko‘ngil (heart) in the introduction to Alisher Navoi’s “Hayrat ul-Abror” (“The Wonder of the Righteous”). In the poet’s interpretation, the world transcends the notion of external existence and is conceived as a form through which divine truth manifests itself, while the heart appears as a spiritual space that determines the human capacity to comprehend and perceive this truth. The article examines the semantic relationship of these images with symbols such as the mirror and mazhar (manifestation), as well as the role of the relationship between the world and the heart in expressing Navoi’s mystical-aesthetic views. On the basis of the artistic representations in the introduction to “Hayrat ul-Abror,” the article reveals how the relationship between external existence and the inner spiritual world is expressed in the poet’s artistic thought.
