Teacher and parental involvement represent two interconnected dimensions of educational support that can substantially shape students’ academic engagement, resilience, and achievement. However, their effects are not necessarily independent, linear, or uniform across educational contexts. This research and review paper examines the relationship between teacher support, parental involvement, student engagement, and academic outcomes through a structured analytical synthesis of the eleven studies provided. The methodological approach combines thematic comparison, variable classification, and descriptive statistical interpretation of recurring constructs across the selected literature. Particular attention is given to teacher emotional support, effective teaching practices, parent engagement, academic resilience, student perceptions, and institutional knowledge-management conditions. The synthesis indicates that teacher and parental involvement function through partially distinct but complementary mechanisms. Teacher support appears to influence achievement primarily through classroom engagement, emotional support, effective instructional practices, and student participation, whereas parental involvement operates through learning engagement, educational expectations, relational support, and sustained academic encouragement. The review also identifies important contextual moderators, including social class, health inequality, educational setting, and modes of interaction. The findings support an integrated involvement framework in which teacher and parental contributions are treated as mutually reinforcing rather than isolated predictors of academic performance. The study contributes a consolidated analytical perspective for researchers and educational practitioners seeking to understand how relational and instructional support can be coordinated to improve student outcomes.
