This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of developing leadership qualities among students majoring in Primary Education and proposes an integrative model grounded in contemporary pedagogical approaches. The proposed model comprises four interrelated components: motivational, cognitive, activity-practical, and reflective. The integration of these components facilitates the systematic development of prospective teachers' leadership potential. The findings indicate that implementing this model in higher pedagogical education institutions significantly enhances students' initiative, communication culture, teamwork skills, and pedagogical decision-making competencies. The study demonstrates that leadership development can be effectively fostered through project-based learning, interactive teaching methods, and reflective educational practices.
