Abstract

This article analyzes the artistic interpretation of the theme of patriotism in the example of the poems “Vatan desalar” and “Vatan vaostona” by the contemporary Uzbek poetess GuljamolAsqarova. The study examines the poetess’s poetic style, system of images, and ideological direction. It is shown that the concept of the Motherland in the poems is depicted as a vital need, a sacred duty, and a spiritual foundation of a person.
