In order to introduce pharmaceutical care (PC) to ophthalmic patients, we studied the statistics of diseases, conducted an assortment analysis of drugs used in ophthalmic diseases. The analysis of the purchase of drugs was carried out, the index of renewal and consumption of medicines used in ophthalmic practice was considered. Based on the analysis, a AF model has been developed that will improve the effectiveness and safety of drug therapy, as well as improve the quality of life of the patient by integrating the efforts of medical, pharmaceutical specialists and patients.

The article discusses analysis of natural medicinal plants of the republic of Karakalpakstan by ecological groups.

There are plants in nature that can grow even in saline, arid lands and increase soil fertility and improve soil quality.

One such plant in the Leguminosae family is licorice, whose scientific name is Glycyrrhiza glabra Linn.

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) possesses high environmentoptimizing function, enriching soil with organic matter and improving physical and chemical properties and biological activity of the soil, provides the basis for sustainable reproduction of fertility of degraded saline soils.

In Uzbekistan, 49% of irrigated land is affected by salinity and there are many degraded, abandoned areas. An alternative to the modern practice of land desalinization, which requires the use of irrigation water in high quantities and in turn aggravation of soil properties, can be a biological method of restoring fertility by growing licorice.

The article presents the results of research on the selection of the composition and development of technology for a therapeutic and cosmetic lotion based on the plant polyextract “Phytoinflam”, intended for the prevention and treatment of acne. Lotion samples have been developed that differ in the type and concentration of the preservative, moisturizer and dispersion medium. The obtained samples were analyzed in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31679-2012 “Liquid cosmetic products. General technical conditions”. Based on the results of the analysis, the optimal composition of the therapeutic and cosmetic lotion was selected for further research. In order to improve consumer properties, it is proposed to introduce fragrances - essential oil of cloves into the composition of the lotion. The choice of this oil is made on the basis of studies confirming its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A technology for obtaining a therapeutic and cosmetic product based on the proposed composition is proposed.
