Analysis Of Aphorisms Based On The Participation Of Expressive Devices

Abstract

This article analyzes the stylistic aspects of aphorisms, which is one of the most pressing issues in contemporary linguistics. It examines the stylistic features of aphorisms based on the conclusions of world linguists and analyzes, from a pragmatic point of view, the expressive devices used in aphorisms, such as antithesis, metaphor, paradox, irony, hyperbole, and litotes.
