This article describes the artistry of Luqmon Borikhon's stories, which have been popular with readers since the independence period, the depiction of HUMAN BEINGS in their entirety, their talents and shortcomings, dreams, and the fact that the writer's stories reflect the recent past of the Uzbek people. The harmonious representation of the reality of life and artistic reality is revealed by the example of the author's story "Test Period". The characters of the story: how two friends Sabir and Jasur behaved in the trials of life.
