INDIRECT EXPRESSION OF GRATITUDE IN LANGUAGE AND ITS EFFECT ON THE SPEECH PROCESS

Abstract

In this article, on the example of Uzbek language materials, the issue of expressing gratitude in the process of communication, in particular, the indirect method, was highlighted. Also, the purpose of expressing gratitude through speech acts such as wish, gratitude, confirmation, promise, applause in Uzbek language was clarified. Language tools and non-verbal units, which play an important role in the direct expression of gratitude, have been revealed.
