The article examines the technological framework for developing formative assessment competence in educational practice. In modern education systems, formative assessment is recognized as a key factor in improving learning outcomes, enhancing student engagement, and supporting continuous feedback-based instruction. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of formative assessment competence and explores its role in designing an effective technological model for teacher development. Special attention is given to the structural components of this technology, including cognitive, diagnostic, operational, and reflective dimensions.
