Constitutional Right To Information And The Essence Of Information
Abstract
This paper analyzes the constitutional right to information from the perspective of human rights. Information is considered an essential condition for the realization of fundamental freedoms, enabling transparency, accountability, and civic participation. The study emphasizes the role of this right in strengthening democracy and safeguarding human dignity.
