This article examines the modern criteria for evaluating digital evidence based on its specific characteristics. Particular attention is given to the use of tools operating on a cryptographic algorithm to ensure the authenticity of electronic data, and the opinions of scholars on the evaluation of digital evidence are also analyzed.
