Abstract

Access to justice is an essential component of the rule of law and human rights protection. This study examines the development of free legal aid in Uzbekistan within the framework of international legal standards and recent national reforms. Using doctrinal and comparative legal methods, the research analyzes constitutional guarantees, advocacy institutions, and digital legal assistance mechanisms. The findings demonstrate significant progress in expanding legal accessibility through institutional and technological reforms. However, challenges related to legal awareness and equal access remain relevant.
