This study aims to investigate the connections between hyperinsulinemia and glucose intolerance in individuals with early-onset coronary artery disease (CAD). Understanding this relationship is crucial for identifying potential mechanisms and developing targeted interventions for managing CAD risk factors. A comparative study design was employed to compare the levels of insulin and glucose tolerance between CAD patients and a control group. The findings provide insights into the association between hyperinsulinemia, glucose intolerance, and early-onset CAD, contributing to the knowledge base for preventive strategies and personalized treatment approachesn.

Uranium contamination in soil poses a significant environmental concern due to its potential toxic effects. Understanding the impact of uranium contamination on soil bacterial communities is crucial for assessing the ecological consequences and developing effective remediation strategies. This study aimed to investigate the impact of uranium contamination on soil bacterial communities by identifying and characterizing bacterial species present in uranium-contaminated soil samples. The analysis involved the use of advanced molecular techniques to identify bacterial species and assess their diversity and composition. Additionally, functional traits and potential uranium tolerance mechanisms of the identified bacterial species were examined. The findings provide valuable insights into the response of soil bacterial communities to uranium contamination and contribute to the development of sustainable remediation strategies for uranium-contaminated sites.

The article aims to evaluate the physiological changes associated with hypertension in pregnancy and the therapeutic approaches used to manage this condition. Hypertensive disorders during pregnancy pose significant risks to both the mother and the fetus. This article reviews the existing literature on the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy-induced hypertension and preeclampsia. It also examines the various therapeutic approaches employed in the management of hypertension in pregnancy, including lifestyle modifications, antihypertensive medications, and close monitoring of maternal and fetal well-being. The findings highlight the importance of early detection, comprehensive assessment, and appropriate intervention in optimizing outcomes for pregnant women with hypertension.

The article presents the results of studies on the ascertainment of storage conditions and shelf life of a dry extract consisting of medicinal plants Regel's gooseberry and Turkestan motherwort, which has a sedative effect. The studies were carried out by a long-term method for determining stability using three types of packaging materials. After laying the samples for storage at time intervals equal to 3 months, the quality indicators were determined. The results obtained indicate that the analyzed dry extract retains the constancy of qualitative and quantitative indicators for 2 years in all types of packaging materials used.

This study aims to investigate the potential hepatoprotective effects of Delonix regia (Gulmohar) and Aegle marmelos (Bael) on acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity. An experimental model of hepatotoxicity was established using rats, and various biochemical and histopathological parameters were evaluated to assess the protective effects of the plant extracts.
