Abstract

This article discusses the importance of phytotherapy in diabetes mellitus, medicinal plants used in medicine to lower blood sugar levels, and biologically active additives derived from them and various remedies based on them used in diabetes prevention. During the research, the results of studying several representatives of medicinal plants and their properties, instructions for use, and their technological properties are presented.
