This paper analyzes the efficiency, flexibility, and innovative significance of implementing cloud technologies in digital banking activities. The study is based on a systematic literature review and a systems approach, covering scholarly and practical sources published between 2020 and 2025. The results suggest that hybrid and multi‑cloud models represent the most balanced approach for combining the advantages of cloud technologies with security and compliance requirements. Overall, cloud computing is recognized as a strategic driver ensuring the sustainable development and competitiveness of digital banks.
