The APC is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Payment Terms
- APC payment is requested only after acceptance of the manuscript.
- Submission of manuscripts is free of charge.
- There are no additional publication fees beyond the stated APC unless specifically communicated by the Editorial Office.
- Authors will receive payment instructions after acceptance.
Refund Policy
Since editorial evaluation, peer review, production, and publication services are initiated immediately after acceptance and payment, APC payments are generally non-refundable once the publication process has commenced.
Waiver and Discount Policy
In exceptional circumstances, the Editorial Board may consider APC discounts or waivers for:
- Researchers from low-income countries
- Independent researchers
- Early-career researchers
- Special issues or academic collaborations
Requests for waivers or discounts should be submitted to the Editorial Office before payment.
